Our group aims to cater for anyone with an interest in gardening and gardens. It makes no difference whether your garden is large or small, or no garden at all. Flowers, shrubs or vegetables; we try to cater for all interests and our intent is to create a friendly atmosphere where everyone will feel welcome.
A varied programme of talks is organised between October and April.
We meet on the first Wednesday of the month in the Southwick and North Bradley Scout HQ., Old School, Frome Road, Southwick, Trowbridge, BA14 9QF at 10:30am. Before each talk we provide tea or coffee and biscuits. Entry is £1.
From May until September, on the first Wednesday of the month, visits to a wide variety of private and public gardens are arranged, some by coach and others by own transport. Coach trips are normally all day and own transport visits are usually at 2pm and mostly accompanied by tea in the garden.
We are not experts but just people who enjoy gardens and gardening.
