Waddesdon Manor

Wednesday 11th December 2019

Waddesdon Manor was built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild between 1874 and 1885 to display his collection of arts and to entertain the fashionable world. Opened to the public in 1959, Waddesdon Manor is managed by the Rothschild Foundation, a family charitable trust, on behalf of the National Trust, who took over ownership in 1957. It’s home to the Rothschild Collections of paintings, sculpture and decorative art.

We have timed tickets to visit the house. The cost for this is £5.00 for National Trust members and £18.00 for Non Members

The Christmas fair will be set against the backdrop of the floodlit North Front of the Manor with its 20ft Christmas trees.

You will be able to soak up the sights, smells and sounds of Christmas with hand-selected exhibitors all housed in charming wooden chalets.
